It's been a long while. I've been so ridiculously busy. A lot has been on my mind. This summer at BUMP, all 5 girls in my small group accepted Christ. I wonder how they've been doing. I wonder if it was just a one time thing, or if they have started a lifelong journey. It's exciting to think about! I hope to see them when I go up to Minneapolis over Christmas break!!
I'm sure we all are friends with a foreign exchange student or two, but have you ever thought about sharing the gospel with them? I mean, most of them are here in America for a year, and how silly would it be to not share the gospel with them at least once? 5 foreign exchange students have recently been coming to my church, and last week, 4 of them said they were going to the winter confrence and one of them even asked for a Bible to read!!! Sometimes I wonder how many people are walking through our school who have no idea who Jesus is.

BUMP again!
Sorry it's been a while since I wrote! BUMP was incredible. The kids were adorable. The soccer was great. The conversations were meaningful. We gave out bibles to a bunch of kids who said they needed one! We all led a small group, and my small group was Laura, Ana, Lily, Giselle, and Michelle. They asked a lot of questions after the lessons were over, and it was hard to answer some of them! Laura asked a lot of questions about heaven and hell, and what they're like. They asked good questions for being in 6th grade! The trip was also really good for bonding within the youth group. It was so much fun to hang out with everyone all day every day! No one got annoying, so that was good! We played soccer together about three times a day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once at night during the soccer camp! So it was usually 5 ot 6 hours of soccer per day... we were pretty skilled by the end of the week (: God does amazing things at BUMP every year; I'm so excited to see what he does next year! Hopefully I'll know a little more spanish (;

Just Got Home
So, I just got home from Student Venture's Summer Getaway! It was incredible, to say the least. It was sweet seeing so many people come to Christ! Hooray!!! Grant (my youth pastor) suggested that we should go to Portugal during spring break this year, and everyone seemed to like the idea! I'm really excited (: and now I'm motivated to start a bible study in the mornings at my high school! I wish Student Venture existed in South Dakota.
